We want you to be happy with your purchase and while commission and bespoke orders are non refundable, I will work with you to make any reasonable adjustments to the work if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
You can also cancel within 14 days of placing

Returns
If items are faulty or incorrect then please return them directly back to Bark and Beak who will refund you the price of the item plus any return shipping costs.

For faulty or incorrect items please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement and / or refund including any delivery charges.
We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Shipping costs are only refunded where the item received was faulty or incorrect
