Shipping Policy

Delivery Area - Sorry but we only currently ship orders within the United Kingdom.
Processing Times - When ordering a custom or bespoke item, you'll be given an approximate lead time to check you are happy before I start your order. Once ready I will then contact you and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working business days after payment is received. Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Deliveries are made via Royal Mail using 48 hour tracked delivery.
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (eg: courier delays, strikes, weather)

Tracking
Where tracking is available you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched
Addresses - please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
